This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform BJØRVIKA APARTMENTS, Solsiden Area, Trondheim city center in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of NOK 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that Bjørvika Apartments has several locations and no reception. The apartments are located in Trenerys gate 4/7, Dyre Halsesgate 5-16 and Verftsgata 1c. The check in hours are from 15:00 to 19:00. You will receive all necessary information regarding check in, one day before arrival. Check in between 19:00 and 21:00 needs to be arranged in advance. Check in after 21:00 is subject to availability and must be arranged as early as possible before arrival. Late check in entails a fee of 450 NOK per started hour. Weekly cleaning and change of bedlinen and towels are included for stays longer than 10 nights. Departure cleaning is included for all stays. Extra cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee. During Thursday to Sunday, guests only the age of 25 can only check in if travelling as part of a family. If you book several apartments, please note that Bjørvika Apartments cannot guarantee that all apartments are located at the same address, building or floor. Parking is available for an additional fee. The maximum height to enter the car park is 2 meters high.
