The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel room is cute and simple, and there were complimentary coffee and waters. The American breakfast was excellent, especially if you like eggs and toast with coffee in the morning. The island is small, so the hotel is within walking distance of many convenient places like some restaurants, the port, and car and scooter rentals.

I could not recommend this hotel enough. From the very first greeting the staff were exceptionally friendly and super helpful even though there was a little bit of a language barrier. Rooms were spacious and kept very clean. The breakfast was also great and wouldn’t hesitate it get it again. The food was delicious A big shout out to the hotel manager for going above and beyond for us as there was a typhoon coming towards the island and he helped us find transportation off the island. Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Oceana Portvillage for a night on Zamami Island. This place is simply out of a dream and I can not wait to return. Tsukasa, hotel management, was so helpful when I had to leave earlier than expected. A typhoon is coming to Okinawa and all ferries were set to be cancelled. Tsukasa was so helpful on organizing a way to get home safely. The hotel was close to Furuzumami Beach which was perfect for a sunrise hike. The hotel breakfast was so delicious. I can’t wait to return to Zamami Island and stay at Oceana Portvillage. Thank you Tsukasa and friendly staff for a great stay.

Good hotel for the island.

Really enjoyed my stay at Oceana, which is a 5-6 min walk from the Zamami port. It’s a very well run and operated hotel, the owner/manager takes an active role in ensuring everything runs smoothly, including driving the shuttle to the beaches (Furizamami and Ama), which is much appreciated. There is also free water and coffee/tea. Breakfast is an additional cost, which I did not try but looked good. The rooms are spacious and I had one that had a balcony overlooking the water, which was nice. Also, they accommodated an early check-in, which was very welcoming after the ferry ride in. The place just felt very hospitable, staff were helpful and friendly. Would come back in the future for sure.

The

Pretty basic facility with basic amenities. They provide small bath and beach towels. The property is maintained very clean. The staff are attentive, a little too attentive in fact and very helpful. We forgot our car seat and they sent it in the next ferry. Very grateful for that.

Very friendly staff, made me feel welcomed to the island! Very spacious room, working AC, and comfortable beds.

The service was amazing!! Def recommend
