Poor check-in and had to wait for housekeeping after check-in time.. Pros: nice size 2 bedroom flat, comfortable beds, Nespresso maker, quiet location, great location, room to spread out. Cons: besides poor check-in, poor quality coffee so buy your own at COOP or Nespresso store near by, coffee maker water container lid broken, thin old bathroom towels, no paper towels or napkins in kitchen, manager walked in on us before checkout time and without knocking,…

Perfect location in Marktplaz. Nice size, full kitchen appliances and nice sleeper couch for our grown son who joined us. Checkin was simple. Early morning truck delivering packages was just part of the city experience. Great time!

Not going to lie it was difficult to find and 3pm check in is to late, they let me check in early but if they hadn't it would have ruined my trip, found it hard to heat the place up!

Average accommodation. Specifically booked as it said parking available. True but 300 yards away in a multi story! Also was a nightmare to find by car. Inaccessible in actual fact. Air con didn't work either. No duvet for sofa bed. Got glass in foot in the kitchenette. And thought Basel very expensive and average. All in all, a rather forgetable experience.

An excellent value for the location in Old Town and amenities! We were looking for a place to stay in Basel before we boarded our Viking cruise and this place fit the bill perfectly as it included access to free washer and dryer on the premises! The room was clean with plenty of storage to unpack your belongings.The kitchen area was impressive with the clean finishes and efficient use of space. Bathroom shower was roomy and again plenty of storage to put your tolietries. Appreciated the availability of a hairdryer, as well as, an adapter for our US electronics. The bed was not the most comfortable, but we have slept on worse and the door to our room was a bit a challenging to unlock ( very secure!). Would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend!
