We had the pleasure of staying at Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz for one night, and it was a fantastic experience from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, making us feel at home straight away. Check-in was quick and effortless, and the complimentary welcome drink was a lovely touch that really set the tone for our stay. Although we were only passing through and stayed for one night, we were genuinely impressed by the hotel’s hospitality and charming atmosphere. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in looking after their guests. We will definitely be back, and next time we’ll be staying much longer. Thank you to everyone at Altstadthotel Weisses Kreuz for making our visit so enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Very clean rooms, staff excellent & free drink upon checkin was awesome!

The hotel is located at the city center. The staff is really nice, but the rooms are not that clean if you are picky.

The hotel is very centrally situated in the old town. It can be tricky to find as the hotel sign is beneath a terrace of shops - it’s very close to McDonald’s! The reception is actually on 6th floor - staff are friendly. We had a fantastic room - Mozart suite. Rooms are reasonably priced - we went in July. The only issue is the AC - it doesn’t do much and Innsbruck is hot in the summer!

Rooms are small like many city hotels. Biggest problem is lack of cool air conditioning so it was very warm in the room. There is no public area either outside or inside ( other than the bar) to sit and relax. Breakfast is not included and it is high cost to opt for it so you have to walk outside to a cafe.

Excellent, friendly staff with great breakfast. Cannot beat the location, literally next to all the historic spots - you can easily walk to everything.

This is a stunning hotel, tucked away in the old town area. The hotel was immaculately kept, breakfast was fresh with a great choice on offer. Our room was spacious and had everything was required. Its location is perfect, a 10 minute walk from the railway station and only yards from the main historical sites. We loved our short stay in Innsbruck and we couldn’t rate the hotel any higher.

Staff was great, luggage storage lockers that actually have a lock and key on them. Room was cleaned daily, my only complain was the bathroom was very open to the room, almost no privacy

This hotel had a lot of charm and was located in the square facing the famous golden roof. It’s a perfect location for visiting Innsbruck for the first time. It’s walkable to everything. We had a lovely stay

Beautiful friendly and helpful staff. Fab location and lively stylish evening lounge. Would definitely stay here again
