This property has an excellent location with a grocery store across from it and public transportation right out the door. The family apartment was spacious and had a kitchenette. Overall the hotel was very clean and offered parking at a reduced rate.

I made a mistake in my booking and instantly called them, emailed multiple times and left messages but no one responded. They Would not work with me at all. Front desk was very rude and unfriendly. I had to stay because even though I called and emailed they wouldn't let me change it only minutes after I booked. There are not many things to do near there. Spent Alot on ubers. No USB plugs or any thing like that in the rooms for charging. Soap dispenser in bathroom was empty and didnt work well. Other then that trip went smooth.

Everything was excellent. Public transport is right out the door and parking costed less than other places. Location a little out of the way but easy to get into Stockholm by public transport or car in 15 minutes.

Our stay was honestly disappointing overall. The one-bedroom apartment we paid for had a horrible smell from the moment we walked in. We brought it to the staff’s attention right away and asked to switch rooms, but we were told no other rooms were available. Instead of resolving the issue, one staff member handed us cleaning supplies and expected us to deal with the smell ourselves. William, who worked at night, was the only employee who actually came to the room, checked the smell himself, and tried to help us as much as possible. Another gentleman working with him was also very kind and accommodating. The cleanliness of the room was also unacceptable. We found a vape underneath the pullout couch, which made us question how well the room had been cleaned before our arrival. On top of that, breakfast was included in what we paid for, but no one mentioned it to us at check-in. We only found out while checking out, and it felt like we had to beg just to receive something we already paid for. The blonde woman who checked us in was rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even worse. The location itself was also difficult to find because the directions and signage were confusing and need to be updated. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor communication, and failure to properly address the smell made this stay very frustrating. I truly appreciate William for at least trying to make things better, but unfortunately that was not enough to make up for the overall experience.

Great facilities. Easy access to public transport. Super clean. Supermarket opposite, so easy to get necessary groceries. Looks exactly like the picture. A couple of odd things, 1) none of the windows can be opened, not even a few centimeters to let in fresh air. 2) the temperature is controlled by the main office, so you have to call them to make any temperature adjustments to your room. Staff were happy to help though

Really clean, bed very comfortable. Nothing bad to say + perfect location (right next to a tram stop)

We booked a one bedroom apartment, which we’d stayed in before. At check in we were given a room, where the bed was in the main area alongside the kitchen. The living area was a separate corner room containing a sofa and writing desk, and nothing else. Nothing like the apartment we stayed in before, and not what was advertised or booked. Reception changed it, but tried to convince me that it was a ‘standard’ one bedroom apartment and that they were now upgrading us to a ‘large’ one instead. I suggest the staff make themselves familiar with the rooms and with what is being advertised on their own website - one glance at the room descriptions would tell them all they need to know! The one bedroom apartment we were eventually given was actually the same one we stayed in almost exactly a year ago. However, it reeked of curry, and we had to buy air fresheners to mask the overpowering smell. The kickboard at the bottom of the kitchen cupboard units had fallen off and was lying on the floor. There was dried food waste stuck to the floor in the living area and in the bedroom, as well as a sticky residue next to the sofa. All suggesting the room had not been adequately cleaned. This was the third time we stayed in this hotel, and the 6th time in the Biz Apartment chain. All of our previous stays have been outstanding. However this experience, combined with the general demeanour of the staff (which was dour at best) will make us think twice before staying again.

Nice stay near you have tram just near and shopping food
