Nice hotel, the hallways and elevators are not air conditioned though laundry is cheap to send in.

So when I stayed at this hotel in may of May 2026. The moment I stepped into the long and I was absolutely blown away by the buildings , design and the friendly staff who from the door to the check in desk and provided a welcome drink. During my day , everyone was so pleasant greeted me every time I would leave the hotel encouragement to have a good day and welcome me back. 1 day I had clothes in the war machine.I forgot to wash my housekeeper."Eye" she washed my clothes placed them on hangers and hung them up all on the outside balcony to dry in the thailand heat. Without asking, she anticipated what my needs would be for my stay.And provided them absolute phenomenal service. One of the front desk ladies "Nisa"was especially kind , always created me with a smile , gave me great recommendations of where to eat , where to go , what tourists to see. She also directly asked me for my feedback on my stay. One evening she showed me around the rooftop pool in the bar area and she took a photo. At the end of my stay , she presented me with hey framed photo of me with the sunset in the background as a parting gift. I'm gonna definitely recommend this property.The rooms are clean , well appointed , no sound leakage coming into the room from the hallway or from the outside. Even though it's property is not in central area , it is on the third area , but you're within five minutes to entertainment signs and ten minutes to the beach front by taxing. My favorite hotel i stayed at for my 3 week vacation in thailand. Would stay here again.

The hotel itself is okay, it is nothing exciting or special and at this price point I would not stay here again. I only booked because my gf thought it was closer to not beach, it’s actually inland a little bit. The road it connects to is hammered with traffic all the time and it is a ghetto area. We left in the morning and came back at 4pm, guess what. Room wasn’t cleaned yet despite having bing the sign to please clean. Had to call reception and have them send someone. We tried to get a massage and it was fully booked that day, the roof itself was high floor city view, which was fun but again, ghetto part of the city. Ocean view would have been better. Tried the food, pretty basic and bland. If you can get a room here for $50 bucks go for it, it is definitely not worth 100+ a night

Great hotel, value for money, convenient location and friendly staff. Safety needs to be improved in the bathroom n swimming pool area. Would be good to sad some safer bars, handles and cover up some of the sharp edges.

pleasant surprise and location not so far from the beach... about 15-20min walk. Facilities limited although the studio room was good. little all over the place with timing of room cleaning, otherwise was good. in room service was good and food quality was generally good.

The Hotel and amenities were great and the Staff were the frienliest and most helpful i have ever met. I highly recommend staying here.

Had my own washing machine lifesaver

Internet was acceptably fast. Staff was OUTSTANDING. Facility was great. Price was a good value for such quality.
