Hotel could have been wonderful. Perfect location rooms looks modern. But the staff terrible. Wouldnt turn air con on properly. Wifi broke in one of the rooms would not fix it. Kept telling lies about we will fix it. It was ok depending on what you like. But being told air conditioning and wifi provided but they mess with it is terrible.

Helpful staff great location everything you can want is a 2 min walk

Wonderful, but unfortunately the Internet is very weak and breakfast is fine, but one also has food.

Terrible stay at this hotel. Rooms were filthy not cleaned in the 7 nights we stayed there. The bathrooms were discussing old worn out and could do with modernising. (See photos). Dog owned by the hotel outside barking every morning. Reception in a different hotel next door which is owned by the same people.

Nothing special except the reception lady Selay she was oustanding and make all the difference.

They have 2 hotel and one … they ask for the bill …. No for reservations number… I pay with points from hotel . Com they sent me the cheapest building…don’t look like the picture we 2 bed …i made complaint for changing the room…. The bathroom was not really clean, they don’t empty the trash in the room… so disappointed

I booked a room with a double bed and single bed but when we arrived they offered us three single beds the room was not clean at all in the morning they moved to another room The second day cleaner knocked our door and said it’s not to clean every day,it’s every other day that surprised me , I wouldn’t stay again

The room, the bathroom need to be updated bathroom was dirty The lady she was very nice clean it I asked her to clean it. The housekeeper was very nice.
