Excellent Room and the room was very clean

This hotel had a few very good benefits. 1- Location. This hotel was very close to the center of town, which made it easy to walk to all the sites. 2- Air conditioning. This was a huge plus during the recent heat wave in Europe. We were able to walk around for 2 hrs then come to the hotel to cool down. 3- free water and coffee in the lobby. In the lobby was a cold water fountain with either flat or sparkling water. You don’t realize how nice this is until you’ve been wandering around the Netherlands and Belgium and everyone charges for water. Beds were comfortable. There was plenty of plugs in the room to charge phones, etc. My only suggestion for improvement was to add another pillow on each bed. We also selected to include the breakfast. The croissants and pastries were delicious but the rest (bacon, cold cuts, cheese, scrambled eggs) were pretty inedible in our opinion. However there is juice, specialty coffees, pastries and fruits so that was ok. There is also a very nice grocery store one block away where we bought fresh fruits and sandwhiches.

It is in an excellent location, probably to have two vending machines for drinks and snacks, one in the lobby and the other next to the terrace, and open stairs way from the M floor to the lobby, not just the elevator service. Our stay was excellent. Thank you.

Excellent location and great hotel. Would be nice to have complimentary coffee machine in room rather than in reception. Otherwise, amazing!

Clean room breakfast was great

Good room. A bit small for 3 people.

Budget hotel in a great location relative to the historic center. You’re no more than 5 to 15 minutes. Walk from all the key historic sites. Also, right in the middle of the shopping district. Very modern interior. Very clean and well maintained. Bright and great lighting. Comfortable beds with nice linens. Very quiet. No safe in the room. The room itself was very good size with a Juliette balcony. Bathroom quite small and no real place to put your items on the counter. No shelves. Nice shower with lots of hot water. No closet just an open spot to hang a very small number of items. OK They offer you early check-in, but it’s €15 if you do so. But you also can’t leave luggage for free until check-in. There is a luggage room on an upper floor that is not secured other but has paid lockers inside. There are some open shelves if you dare store your luggage there, but there’s no security at all. It ended up being less expensive for us to pay for the early check-in rather than rent lockers for our luggage for the time we would have needed. I really do expect a hotel to provide free service for minding luggage before check-in and when you check out if needed. Breakfast is included. The room is lovely and bright and well decorated. Floor ceiling windows overlooking the street. A good basic buffet of a couple of hot meats, scrambled eggs, a variety of bread and buns, and a couple of pastries, yogurt, fruit, and cheeses, cereals. Coffee is a machine which really wasn’t great.

Clean and comfy, having the A/C was a treat with the heat wave. Great central location a quick walk from everything, bike shares right outside the door for a ~10 minute ride to either train station.
