We enjoyed our stay. Very central & a short walk from the train station. Very easy to find food & shopping. The bed was very comfortable.

A bit dirty. Carpet very old

New and clean room! Very convenient location that near all different kinds of shops and restaurants, staffs are very nice

It will be good if can change the washing machine to 2 in 1 function so don't need to wait for clothes to finish washing can go down and put into dryer to dry it again. Will safe alot of time. Room don't have a lot of space to place luggage

Location is spectacular, close to all major trains and right in the heart of Suskino. Room was smaller than most Japanese business hotels I’ve stayed in; could have done without the small table and chairs in the room, and a plug near the bed would have been helpful. Pretty clean, provided unlimited toiletries as well needed, and had a decent laundry facility. Would stay again.

The hotel is in a great location in the city. All the key sites and more are in walking distance. The check-in process was easy and they had luggage storage. There were toiletries available in the lobby to take if needed. I liked the way they managed housekeeping.

お部屋も広く清潔に保たれていました。 当初朝食無しの宿泊だけの予定でしたが、朝食付きのプランに！とても美味しく満足でした。朝食付きにして良かったです。

This hotel is located right in the heart of Sapporo, surrounded by countless shops and restaurants. It is incredibly convenient, though the area stays very lively and bustling throughout the day and night. As expected for such a central location, the room was quite compact. However, it was functional enough to partially open a suitcase, and there was a small table and seating area by the window. A few things to note for future guests: • Amenities: You’ll need to pick up your own toiletries (toothbrush, comb, etc.) from the lobby area. • Parking: If you are driving, there is an additional parking fee of 1,500 JPY per night. The process is a bit specific—you’ll need to check in at the front desk first, and the staff will then direct you to the hotel's back entrance for parking. Overall, it’s a decent stay if you prioritize being in the center of the action!

Great no frills hotel, staff are friendly and can communicate well in English. Need to inform the front desk before parking.
