You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to inform the property of their estimated time of arrival and departure to prevent queuing at the front desk. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking or by contacting the property using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Please note that breakfast is served from 08:00 until 10:30 and can be purchased for an additional EUR 15 per person per day. Please note that Kellys Hotel does not have a lift, soundproofed rooms or in-room air conditioning units.
