Tuyệt vời The staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and very clean, but they showed some wear & tear; tiles that were broken in the shower & wear on the vanity, but everything was working fine. I stayed in multiple hotels on my trip through Italy and this seemed to be problem in all of them, so the issue may just be finding good contractors.
The pictures on the website show #61 as the entrance, but we actually had to check in down the alley at Hotel Abbazia. The location of the hotel is right by the train station, very safe and convenient to public transportation. They had a lovely garden for breakfast or cocktails. I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again next time I go to Venice.

Have breakfast outside which is lovely…& inside gets a little cramped.

The hotel is very nice. It's located 3 minutes away from the train station. We had the room with city view. The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. I really enjoyed delicious breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

The location was very convenient, though a little hard to find the entrance. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was very good. Would stay again.

We really liked it. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well organize. Breakfast was amazing too. 100% recommended :)

The room view was gorgeous. It was overlooking the canal. It was nice disadvantage although we were helped was getting to it. It seemed to be at the very end of the hotel lots of stairs. Also, the detergent they used to clean your bedsheets was very strong. It was not a great experience in that sense having to sleep in it.

The room was clean and beautiful, with an amazing view. But the bathroom was a little disappointing, shower head was broken and the bidet barely had any water flow.
