Dưới mức trung bình Nobody there to check in. The host screwed up the reservation. No key for the reserved room. AVOID if you don’t want to stay in your car overnight at 10 degrees!!!!

Superior room was a great size with a comfy bed. Hot tub was a nice addition. Some nice snacks and drinks available day around, and breakfast was reasonable! Lovely feeling to the place, authentic and unique!

My wife and I greatly enjoyed our stay here. We had no issues with getting the code to check in. Breakfast was wonderful and room was large, comfortable and clean. The location at the base of the mountain is beautiful. Felt like a gamble with some of the reviews but this was one of our favorite hotels during our time in Iceland!

We were assigned a different room than the one we booked. We tried contacting the hotel staff through multiple phone numbers never answered, through WhatsApp never responded and through hotels.com never responded. So we never got to change rooms. Of all the places we have traveled we have never not been able to receive help from a hotel. Just disappointed.

Tuyệt vời I just wanted to post because I read a lot of negative reviews before we stayed here. We had no issues with our check in. Our room number and code were sent several hours before we arrived. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The only thing I agreed with in the negative reviews is that it is quite hot in the room. We slept with the windows open and it was fine. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again!

Set in a gorgeous location, hotel Lambafell feels like a wooden ski lodge! The rooms were very clean and it had really good amenities. An excellent breakfast was included too. Thank you for the stay!
