Really nice front desk, but 3 concerns. 1.) I came 1 hour after their check in time and they still didn’t have the room ready. Very annoying after a long travel day. 2.) The same cleaning person came in 3x while I was sleeping (within the same hour), waking me up each time 3.) The pillowcase had a large stain on it so the cleanliness was questionable. All valid concerns so I wouldn’t stay here again.

It was good for a last minute quick hotel! I don't know if it would be first on my list to stay there again, but everything was clean at least!

Was a quiet boutique hotel but just minutes to the subway and walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. Staff very friendly and enjoyed the peacefulness of the area after long days of sightseeing

Idol hotel. Pros The cost of staying at this hotel was reasonable compared to others within close range to the Eiffel Tower. You don't get a view of the tower though; but that was not a necessity for me. The hotel is in a strategic part of Paris and most site attractions are within walking distance - get good walking shoes - or are at most 20 minutes away by taxi. I walked to Champs des Elysees, Arc du triomphe, Eiffel tower/seine River, Printemps, Mont marte/ Basilica, Jovoy perfume store, Nose perfume store... I like to walk; but if walking is not your thing, taxis (G7) are easily accessible from the app, or take Uber/bolt. The hotel is not rowdy, they are security conscious and are ready to meet your needs - within limits. There is a restuarant right across the street and a grocery store a few feet from the hotel. Cons The rooms are way smaller than pictured. I personally will not share a room. I was there for 5 nights but was told that I was only entitled to JUST ONE small bottle of water in the fridge - any thing else, I would have to pay for. I just went to the grocery store close by and did a few shopping. Over all I would recommend this hotel to someone traveling solo - as I did - and for the strategic location.

We like the location, close to Europe metro and Gare St-Lazare. You can take the metro from Orly airport. Walking distance from parc Monceau, Sézane for shopping or a boulangerie. We did not like the shower in the room not in a separate room, no privacy. Room where not sound proof, got woken up by room cleaning staff in other rooms or by other doors slamming. Also, lots of truck noise in the street at odd hours. Light sleepers should user ear plugs. Also, no ventilation in room to evacuate steam from shower and the shower was leaking into the toilet cubicle, most likely moldy. We wanted to live only a few minutes after getting the room, stayed only because we could not cancel. this is like 2 or 3 stars.

Perfect location!

The customer service was very good. Very helpful. Cute place in a cute area within short distance to metro and a train station. Most Major sites are within 30 min or so walking. Will stay again.

The hotel is stylish, well located, and has a fun, quirky design. The rooms were clean, with plenty of storage, and the staff were friendly. However, it’s important to choose your room carefully. I was travelling with a friend and we booked a Moon Blue Room as it had twin beds. The photos do show that the shower is visible from the room, but this isn’t immediately obvious unless you look closely. We would normally expect a private shower. The hotel did contact us in advance to flag this and suggested upgrading to a Light My Fire room for €15 per night, which I agreed to and believed had been confirmed. Unfortunately, on arrival, the booking had not been updated and the hotel was unable to move us. We asked about alternative arrangements, including separate rooms, but this wasn’t accommodated, and the front desk staff didn’t seem able to resolve the issue. As a result, using the shower was inconvenient, and it also leaked during our stay. Overall, it’s a great concept in a very good location, but the experience was let down by the room setup and the handling of the booking issue. I would recommend double-checking your room type if privacy is important to you

The room was very nicely decorated with music scene. Love the coffee machine on the first floor!
