This was my second stay at Rome River. Quality was really good, beds comfortable, rooms and bathrooms very clean, location excellent and the staff is always helpful and kind. Breakfast is great, but of course it’s over in their main hotel building which is several blocks away.
Our room this time was on the side with the busy street, so noise was an issue. We travel often so we’ve learned to always sleep with earplugs in this scenario. Interior rooms didn’t seem to have the noise issue. The price is very good for the location and quality offered and that’s one of the reasons we came back.

Perfect location, staff were fabulous and couldn’t do enough for you. They brought us breakfast to the room the night before as we had an early start and the hot tub was something else. Perfect after a day walking around Roma. I brought the birthday package so chilled Prosecco, amazing cake, candle, lighter and balloons were waiting for us. Best place to stay in Roma. To top it off the Giro D’italia cycled past us so we took out drinks outside to watch. Perfect 10/10

An adorable place with a fantastic location. When we checked in, the woman at the front desk was sure to tell us about a road race the next day that would have ruined our ability to get to the airport with our rental car had we not known about it. she was SO helpful and went above and beyond to go outside and speak with police about potential road closures. the room was clean and was everything we needed. the bed was comfortable. thank you for a great stay! We will be back.

After-hour check-in was easy. Because of our late schedule, we never saw anyone at the desk, but the cleaning person was super nice. Breakfast at a different hotel was set up well and had great service. The bed was very comfortable for our stay. We would go back.

Tốt One of the best things about this hotel is its excellent location, close to the Vatican and many other tourist attractions in Rome.
However, if you plan to stay here, I strongly recommend requesting a room with windows facing away from the street, because the noise at night can make it very difficult to sleep.
The breakfast is very good, but it is served at a different hotel, which requires about a 10-minute walk to get there.
I would also mention that this hotel may not be the best option for elderly guests or people with mobility difficulties, since there are steep stairs at the entrance.
