Very clean and relaxing hotel. My room had a couple of minor maintenance issues but overall a good stay.

Wonderful place. Really helpful and friendly staff. We received a free room upgrade which was so wonderful and really added to our stay.

On arrival there were ants in the bathroom. The bath needs replacing. The carpet needs a good clean. All staff were pleasant.

This is our second stay here. It's in a great position, close to Stratford but quiet, lots of outdoor space for the dog and lots of parking. The hotel is very dog friendly, staff, rooms, restaurant. Treats available and great dog menu option. As far as the decor is concerned, the hotel is clean but the decorating and finish leaves much to be desired. Although it's freshly painted, holes and cracks aren't filled, plaster patches aren't sanded... The final touch let's them down. The only problem we had was the noise from the room above. We were in the mews cottage, room 101. Up until 11.30pm there was constant banging above us and loud constant talking, even drowned out our TV! Oddly they seemed to leave at 11.30pm and heard nothing else.

The staff were warm, friendly and very hardworking. They all helped out, whever needed , whether redemption or in the restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay at the Pheasant. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean
Unfortunately the air con did not work but there was a fan in the room.
The shower was good, very strong and warm but the fittings in the bathroom were a bit dated.
The location was excellent; right next to Charlecote Park, where we were going.
The drinks in the bar were a little expensive but that is often the case in a hotel.
The food was a little disappointing. There was nothing wrong with it but we felt it was a little expensive for what we had. The waiting staff, on.the other hand, were excellent. Breakfast was good and plentiful.
All in all we would stay again but would possibly go out for tea.

Plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and tidy. The only disappointment was the breakfast. There was not much choice or variety of gluten free foods (for Coeliacs), and the kitchen staff were very slow replenishing the hot food dishes. By the time the mushrooms were back, the other three gluten free items (bacon, scrambled eggs and baked beans) had gone cold. No gf bread, cereals or pastries.

The room was clean on arrival and cleaned every day of the stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. The evening meal was well cooked, but lacked variation, with a lot of carbohydrate dishes. There was an antique shop on site, which was interesting and from which we bought several items. Overall it was a very good stay and the accommodation excellent.

Staff pleasant and helpful, room was fine but no bottled water and coffee tea etc not always replenished. Shower in bathroom could do with a non slip mat and some kind of hand/grab rail as it was slippery. Not over impressed with breakfast but it was ok. Bed very comfy as was the room. All in all we did enjoy our stay and would return as location and on site parking was a definite plus and friendly staff and atmosphere of hotel made a big difference
