Bathroom door doesnt cover the entire bathroom, otherwise the hotel was an amazing experience. There's a 40USD per night village amendment fee that's not disclosed on the pricing so watch out for that - but this is definitely one of the best places to stay at Miami Beach.

Great staff, can walk to the beach, great location

I was disappointed with our experience at Esmé Miami Beach. My mom had flown in from Norway to visit, and I was traveling with my 7-year-old son. After a long day of travel, we expected to be able to check into our room at the advertised 4:00 p.m. check-in time, but our room wasn’t ready. We had to leave our luggage and continue with our plans without access to our room. When I later spoke with the front desk, I was told, “I don’t know what to tell you—the room should have been ready.” There was no record of when the room actually became available, and the response made me feel as though my concern wasn’t taken seriously. What disappointed me most was the lack of communication and the fact that nothing was offered to make up for the inconvenience, not even a sincere apology. Delays can happen, but how they’re handled matters. The one bright spot was Luiz, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful with storing our luggage. He provided the best customer service we experienced during our stay. Unfortunately, this was not the level of hospitality I expected for the start of our family vacation.

One of the best boutique hotels I’ve stayed in. Everything is close by. The staff is the SWEETEST and so helpful. And the European style architecture is BEAUTIFUL. Def coming here again soon.

I enjoyed how close to the beach and restaurants the hotel was. It was clean, and the staff members were very helpful. The cafe and rooftop was a great way to start the morning. It made a short stop in Miami feel like a vacation itself!

What a cute boutique hotel. Everything was great. Alex and Luis were so helpful at the front desk. Pool, lounge and restaurant was all great. Beach chairs were great and location was amazing. We will definitely stay again.

Jesús, Luis, Alex and Sophia provided top tier hospitality. The hotel was in the perfect location - not far from delicious restaurants on Espanola Way and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Esme has become our new favorite hotel in Miami Beach.
