I didn’t like this hotel with bad oder in bathroom

The staff and customer service are extremely friendly and helpful! When I was placed in multiple rooms with problems (marks on the walls and badly damaged surfaces, then a room with a very moldy smelling bathroom), the front desk staff was very apologetic and immediately found me another room. The property is not the best maintained (lots of scratches and dings on the walls and some grout in need of refurbishment) but the hotel is very clean and spacious. It is an excellent deal for the price. I would stay there again.

Very nice hotel to stay at, clean the staff was helpful and friendly. Thoroughly enjoyed the terrace for an evening drink. I have not stayed in a European hotel so I'm not sure if this is the standard however I disliked there was no AC, fridge, and the bed was hard. Overall great experience though!

Room was very clean. Hairdryer and iron provided but no tea making facilities in standard room. Bed was comfortable but rickety! The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast was chaotic with plates, cups and food running out frequently. I would happily stay here again but would probably go elsewhere for breakfast.

The hotel was in an ideal location for us and the room was nicely done out in an industrial style and was very clean and comfortable. It was a great shame about the chaos at breakfast and the lack of staff generally which became quite frustrating at times. Items of food ran out, as did plates, cups and glasses and it took ages for them to be replenished. The hot drinks machine was unbearably slow and resulted in a constant queue of customers - really annoying as often the first thing you want in the morning is a hot drink. It’s not really good enough when you’re paying €19 each for breakfast. It’s also one thing to say you have a 24/7 bar but another to provide it. A couple of times we wanted a drink but had to give up because the one member of staff available was constantly checking in customers. Overall, okay but could do better.

The staff was kind & the room was nice! Would definitely recommend!
