The housecleaning staff forgot to clean my room for three days. I was offered a complimentary coffee for this oversite. The laundry service has a 25 pound minimum charge. The desk receptionist didn't know that. The hotel needs better management.

Nice staff. Great location. Room lacked ambience and the WiFi was worthless. Good stay but overpriced

The day we arrived we were treated to a wine and cheese reception which was very nice. There was both a hot and cold breakfast which was very nicely presented and delicious. Coffee was made to order. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were small but we made do. The friendly atmosphere and the great location made up for it.

This was a terrible hotel. The rooms are extremely small and dark, and even in rooms with a window (for which you pay extra), the window does not open and the shade does not function properly. I called the hotel to ask whether it would be possible to check in a little earlier than 3 p.m., and the staff were almost rude and dismissive. Rather than simply explaining that they would try but could not guarantee an earlier check-in, they seemed uninterested in helping. The hotel was also undergoing renovation, and the entrance looked more like a construction site than a hotel. I would not recommend staying here.

Very small room

The room was small(expected) but clean. Two adults and a child. There was a very strong smell of mildew in the hallway outside of our room but they were working to address the problem. Great location and helpful staff.

Great stay. Great value in central location

The place was going through a major remodel. If you are traveling with a lot of luggage or require space, be aware the place is super small. Think closet type and hallways are small, etc. We were there for just one night so we only had backpacks which worked well. The location is great.

Brilliant location. Easy access to everthing. I have not tried breakfast as i find it to pricy

Good value and location
