Tuyệt vời The front of the building was under construction so it took us a few minutes to find the hotel, which is not something I would blame them for. The room was typical of other hotels in England, which is compact and utilizes all its space effectively. The staff was courteous and helpful.
Best of all is the location. It is a pedestrian only area so there are restaurants and pubs nearby. Many of the sights are very close as well. If you have a car, the public parking lot is only a short walk, but you should drop off your luggage just outside the pedestrian area before parking the car.

A couple of members of staff were strange to be honest, not quite sure how to describe them other than that. But I’m sure they were isolated incidents.
The room is big standard, but perfectly fine. However, our shower was full of black mould in the cracks and between the shower glass and floor. The air con also smelled very foisty.
The bed was clean, and the main areas of the room were also clean.

Property is very clean. Only thing is the rooms are to small. My fault for not paying attention to the advertising. However despite that it’s very good. Complimentary wine and cheese for loyalty membership. Again very good but if you need room space it’s different. If I had been traveling alone this would not matter

My twin sister and I had a fabulous stay at the Z Hotel. The room was lovely and clean, the amenities were excellent. We can’t say enough about the staff! They were so pleasant, attentive, considerate, obliging …. We are definitely going to return there for another stay. We wished we could have stayed longer. The food was freshly made, the free cheese and wine buffet Saturday evening for their guests was such a surprise and totally unexpected but exceptional. Totally recommend this Hotel ❤️

The hotel is in a perfect location and while the rooms are small, they provide everything needed for your stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well. I would stay again.

Way smaller room with bathrooms offering no privacy. Not even a mini bar in the room. When I asked to keep something in the ref they completely denied saying it’s written that there is no minibar. Very unhelpful and most of their staff always visible eating at the lobby. Just a congested stay and a high cost I won’t recommend
