Nice property, but ethically, not an honest and trustworthy group to work with. I stayed here in June, and enjoyed my stay. I was running late upon departure, and didn’t have time to formally check out. I left at 6:00 am and left my key card in the room. Upon departing, I’d forgotten that I’d paid my deposit in cash. I reached out to the hotel that day and informed them of the situation. They said that was fun, I’d just need return in person to collect my deposit, which I agreed to. When I arrived to collect my deposit a few days later, I was told my deposit would not be returned due to their ‘abandonment’ clause, which was not explained to me upon check in or listed in their booking confirmation. I would not recommend this hotel, due to serious ethical issues and poor treatment of a paying guest that left the hotel several hours before checkout time and left the room in good condition

My room was not ready 25 minutes after 3:00pm .

Called to request an airport shuttle and was told there wasn't one. The location is not in the best area but it is convenient and close to downtown. Not a fancy hotel at all. Was given a dirty room at first. There's no elevator so I had to carry my huge suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. The clean room I was given after was missing blankets/comforter. Definitely a spot where the locals stay. People and staff were friendly. Free breakfast was good which was pancakes, fruit, coffee, and orange juice. Convenient store on location. Wifi worked fine. Stayed on a Friday night and heard music all night/early morning from someplace closeby - didn't bother me but I could see how it could bother others. Pool looked clean but not that big.

The hot water doesn’t work.

Room was old but clean. We had a corner unit so no view no window to speak of. Staff were wonderful and breakfast was delicious.

Nice clean hotel. If you looking for something easy and quick I would go to this place.

Loved the continental breakfast

Great location away from the tourist areas in a more residential area. Tons of great local restaurants nearby and everything in walking distance! Loved our stay!

Could do a much better job in cleaning the room. There were many hairs in different places. No safe in the room to store your valuables.
