The room was mildew. Had to go fetch towels ourselves. Never came to clean room. Water leaking from the next room. Terrible stay

The location was a HUGE hit. It was right in the center of everything. The rooms were decently sized, and the bathrooms were beautiful for taking selfies in- great lighting for the girls lol

Clean rooms

I want to take a minute to share just how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with our stay at Catarina Beach Resort and Hotel. The problems started with the bathroom. There is no ventilation whatsoever, so every time you took a shower, by the time you dried off, you were sweating and wet all over again. We mentioned it to the front desk, and they acted like it wasn’t even worth addressing. Then, about 30 minutes later, our regular A/C unit went down and the portable unit started flashing a P1 error code. We called the front desk and were told to simply turn it off and back on. We unplugged it, let it reset, and plugged it back in. Within five minutes, it started beeping again, displayed the same P1 code, and began blowing nothing but hot air. We called back, only to be told there was nothing they could do because there was no maintenance staff available that night. We asked if we could be moved to another room, but were told they were completely booked. When you’re paying to stay somewhere, you expect at least a comfortable room with working air conditioning—especially in this kind of heat. Instead, we were left with no solution, no accommodations, and little concern from the staff. Without a doubt, this has been one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I truly hope they improve both their customer service and the maintenance of their rooms so future guests don’t have the same experience.

Deceived and photo shopped !!! Terrible parking situation $43 to valet. Checking in was quick. (They take your $$ quickly). When you arrive to your closet sized accommodations. The wet dog smell is covered by aromatic sprays. The pool is 2 blocks away shared with only God knows. Expedia should be ashamed ! $200 + wasted dollars

it was great. always a party. restaurants at hotel were great. staff was great. great location.

Location was the best thing about the hotel it won’t hurt to do some renovations , specially the main carpet in the hotel was musty and old

Prime location. Literally walking distant to almost anything you need. The TV in my room didn’t work due to the lack of internet connection. I called the front desk plus approached the desk numerous times and there was no one there to assist me after 8pm. So there’s that. Also, the pool closes at 7pm, pretty early.
