Serviceable hotel but surrounding area did not offer much in terms of amenities

On reflection, this hotel is supposed to be 3 stars but it’s far from it! Bedrooms and bathrooms are totally not up to modern hospitality standards and the food offerings are very poor! One good part of this hotel is Valentina! She knows how to use her customer service skills!

I had better expectations from this property beign that it is associated with the Best Western brand. The rooms are a bit run down. In my mother's room the shower door came off the rail and it could have been dangerous for her. The mini fridge don't get cold. In our double occupancy room they only left one set of towels...this happened every day of the 3 we stayed. The breakfast was not at all worth it. Go into town and have good coffee and pantries. They served the same tarts our entire stay...so they were old and stale. Then we had dinner at the restaurant one night and the staff was not friendly at all. I got charge 2 euros for the service (odd), then was charged for bread we never got. I wouldn't have been upset, but aside from the mediocre service, the manager was upset I disputed the charges before paying. I run a restaurant and things like this are hard to tolerate. I require all staff to double check ticketa and make sure our clients are satisfied with the charges. I also use to work at hotels and honestly...there was only one person at this place I would hire. Also the rooms had tons of spiders. Thank You Abdul for your friendly service.

Dirty towel shower too small I need take a door out to get oit

First time using this hotel and wouldn’t use it again, the rooms are dirty and not maintained properly! Breakfast options are not great for European citizens! When I complained to the receptionist, I didn’t get a good response, no way to deal with customers! Definitely I will not be using this hotel again!

Great location. Easy parking. Quiet area. Nice to find a place with twin beds to accommodate myself and my two sons. The best thing in the restaurant was the pizza.

My family and me stay for 2 days. Easy to reach train station and airport. Over all good experience just need to mention about breakfast services bit poor 😕

Very limited parking. Employees parked in customer parking. Had to go in and get one to move their car.

The property is next to a junk yard and there is noise all night. The room was very warm and the water was scalding hot. No matter what we tried, we couldnt get the water to a temleratire that wasnt burning our skin. When we told the staff, they said "thats just how we take showers here". Which is rediculous. We had stayed at 3 other hotels on our trip and none of them had this problem. The beds were awful. No one was able to get much sleep durong our stay there. We travel out of country twice a year and are very flexible with arrangements, even staying in hostles. This was very disappointing.

A great hotel if you need a station to venture out and discover parts of Italy surrounding Rome. The hotel itself is clean and comfy. Staff are so polite and lovely. Tivoli is beautiful. One must visit Hadrian’s Villa and Villa d’Este. Amazing.
