The room was so large and beautiful. The complimentary shuttle service comes in very handy. Though the rainy season blocked the view of Mount Fuji, the area itself was so beautiful and serene. The front desk staff were all very kind. The only things I would improve are the laundry machines—they’re severely outdated and there’s only 2 washers and dryers on the entire property, and during the dinner, we were not permitted to select different options…our family of 7 (minus the one child) had to all get the same item according to staff.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel, and I would strongly advise others to look elsewhere. The issues started the exact moment we arrived and only got worse. Abysmal Customer Service: When we arrived, it was pouring rain. The staff literally watched us struggle to discharge our luggage from the vehicle and, instead of offering a hand or welcoming us, they turned and walked away. Defective Room Amenities: The room itself was freezing because the room warmer/heater was completely non-functional. Poor Maintenance: To top it all off, the room had a very strange, unpleasant smell that made the stay incredibly uncomfortable. The entire vibe of this property is cold—both literally and figuratively, just like the attitude of the staff. Save your money and stay somewhere that actually understands hospitality.

Every room has a balcony facing Mount Fuji. You can view Mount Fuji at all times of the day which is a luxury. Japanese breakfast was my second favorite. Healthy and delicious. This hotel is closer to Fuji Q Highland if you come by Highway bus. This bus stop is 5 minutes by taxi or shuttle to the hotel. It's walkable if you don't have too much luggage

The hotel is good. The staff is super friendly, the food good and the amenities good.

The room was very nice! We had the best sleep here in 5 weeks of travel in Japan. Beds were very comfortable and the bathtub was welcome. Very nice place and would stay again!

Clean property and trims are huge with a view of Mount Fuji. Not very walkable to train, lake or other sites. Staff did not speak much English and the breakfast was very Japanese.

There was no A/C. The room had “air conditioning” but it blew hot air.

Great hotel with a beautiful view of the Mt. Fuji! We were welcomed with a free upgrade, with a clean and spacious room! The buffet breakfast was also delicious. We also found that they offered free shuttle service to Kawaguchiko station and Fuji-Q Highland so if you’re interested in visiting there, i highly recommend using it. I woke up to a beautiful view this morning and will be coming back again in the future!

The view at this hotel of Mt Fuji is amazing! It has a shuttle which takes you to the station and from there you can go wherever you want. The hotel is new or looks like new, we enjoy so much the night at the Regina, for sure will recommend it to my family and friends. If I ever return for sure will book it again!
