We were disappointed with our stay. The room was not cleaned properly when we arrived—we found hair in the bathroom, which was not a great first impression.
Housekeeping was another issue. The rooms were not serviced unless we specifically requested it, and even after asking, no one came until we had to go back to the front desk again around 6:00 p.m.
We clearly told the hotel there were five people staying in the room, yet we were only provided enough towels and amenities for two people.
The rooms also feel dated and could use significant upgrades and better maintenance.
Overall, the service and cleanliness did not meet our expectations, and we expected a much better experience for the price.
