Very nice place. Not gona lie my check in was honestly terrible experience because I arrived after midnight. I called 30 minutes before the midnight but nobody was at the lobby answering. Thankfully I was able to chat with emergency person who helped me but I stayed outside of hotel for 30 to 40 minutes trying to check in and get inside the building. Inside was very nice with nice patio and kind of like rooftop. inside the room was little damp. honestly we found some small bugs crawling on the bed sheet. I don't think it was a bed bug or ticks though. We kept on finding it i guess because they have some plants around the building by patio and inside the room which was not a huge deal. Other than that breakfast was included which was very nice and delicious and overall very quiet. Bathroom floor looked dirty but I think the tile is very stained from dirt. Other than that we had a good experience!

The hotel is charming and the staff very friendly and professional. We woke up to the smell of warm chocolate croissants every day from the breakfast buffet two floors below. It was 90 degrees in Lisbon during our stay and the air conditioning was not working well the first two nights but was fixed by the third night. Other than that everything was excellent. The staff helped us arrange an airport shuttle as we needed to be at the airport before the metro began operating, but otherwise the metro station was only a couple of blocks away. The neighborhood felt very safe, it was a great location to explore Lisbon from.

What a perfect spot to stay in Lisbon, right in the heart of Old Town. The communication was great, check in a breeze, staff were so helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was so good and afternoon tea was a nice touch. I would highly recommend.

Arriving early, we left our luggage in reception and went out to explore the area. The Hotel is in a great location. The staff were very friendly and gave recommendations of places to eat. The room (suite) was absolutely spotless, with a really good shower, and the bed very comfortable. The continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Thanks to all the staff for a great stay.

The staff at Bica were so kind and helpful. We loved the breakfast and the hotel is very quiet, hard to find in Lisbon! We would definitely return.

Cute, boutique style hotel in an older building. The front desk staff was great to work with and very friendly and accommodating. The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast which was included with our stay, as well as the afternoon snacks and tea/coffee. Overall a great place to stay while in Lisbon.

We LOVED our stay at the Bica FLH Suites! The staff were very friendly, and they allowed us to check in early when we arrived sooner than expected. They also packed us a breakfast when we had to leave early to catch a flight. Our only regret is that we didn't stay for more nights with them! Can't recommend this beautiful place enough.

Excellent location, dream inducing beds, comfy breakfast room and feel at home vibe was point on.
