The room definitely had old world Italian feel being across the street from the actual Pitti Palace. The room was clean and well equipped. Our room had a balcony overlooking the palace court and main gate. Location was perfect to walk to all landmarks and amazing restaurants not to mention gelato!!

To some, this will be a great experience, but in 2026 it isn’t.
Clumsy entrance, terrible lift, no support staff 6pm-9am! No breakfast, no phone charging facility, no privacy whatsoever with the bathroom and generally a complete lack of empathy with customers paying £300 a night.
For our British and American friends…….Avoid.

Tuyệt vời This venue was perfect for first time luxury travelers who like to have access to the central points but appreciate 6 degrees of seperation. We loved the charm of our suite and appreciated how well appointed the formal bedroom, bathroom and sitting room were. The staff treated us very kindly and made our stay a Florence one of a kind. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone who wants to have the royal experience without having special ammenities like a gym or swimming pool.

We had a very difficult time communicating with the property as we were going to arrive after 7pm and needed to give ID’s and then assessor check on instructions.
Although I emailed the property many times, we never got a link or instructions on how to check in. Luckily a woman was still on the property at 7:30 PM.!!!
This was the only negative we experienced… and that was swiftly swept away once we opened the door to the property!!! it will absolutely take your breath away and is in a great location. 100% recommendation and well worth every single euro.!!!

Tốt Bring wash clothes! A lot of deferred maintenence. Staff was super nice. Location was good. Shower handle, and fixture and toilet seat broken. Front door lock took about 10 minutes to unlock. Guy next door yelling - seemed like he was in my room. Bed was clean and comfortable.
