The Motel is looking very tired needs a up grade. The beds need to be made better The bottom sheets where not tucked in and more presentable.

The motel is located on a busy main road, so be prepared for noticeable traffic noise during both the day and the night. The heater provided in the room struggled to warm the space and took a very long time to heat what was a very cold room. I also noticed a few hairs on the bed cover when I first arrived, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, the room included a handy kitchenette with a microwave, stovetop, and fridge, which was very convenient. The bathroom was spacious, although it was also quite cold.
Overall, it was an acceptable stay, but considering the price I paid, I expected a higher standard of comfort.

The room was clean and accessible. I enjoyed the walk in shower. There wasn't much noise from other guests.

Very unclean room, however the worse part of the experience was the pungent smell. It became stronger after turning on the heat pump.
The toilet seat was broken.
The staff were not contactable.

The Colonial inn is a solid choice for the price. My stay there was fine. It is an easy 15 minute walk into the central city.The rooms are large and practical and the bathroom and kitchen are clean and totally functional. The Motel is undergoing some maintenance which is good because it is a little run down. Because there is no double glazing I found the road noise was quite loud.

We stayed at the property for two nights and were extremely pleased with our experience. The lounge and bedroom were both spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax during our stay. Everything met our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to book here again in the future.

In the book it says they don’t like noise after 10 which is good. But people talking directly out side our door. No action taken so we said something. 2nd night yelling from the room next to us and till like 1am which everyone in the place had to have heard. If ur gonna go hard on noise do it don’t just put it in the book for show. Spoke to the staff the next morning absolutely no help.

Rất tốt Stayed 3 nights and was pleasantly surprised how enjoyable our stay was. Room was basic: bed, shower, small tv, jug and microwave. But it was sufficient and affordable. Wifi worked fine except last night of stay so tv came and went but motel was full. Parking was good round back. Dated and old but clean. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Tốt Parking area was very tight. Great area with restaurants close by and staff were lovely. Very dirty room, from splatter marks all over the walls, dust everywhere and feet went black from walking barefoot on the carpet.
