they have very good extra guest service, like laundry, they have staff take care this ,you don't need to use your time.

Excellent stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to other travellers.

Loved the room; well maintained and comfortable size. Rated 4 vs 5 because mattress was hard for me. I traveled with my own memory foam pad; worked perfectly. Buffet style Breakfast is provided at a very reasonable rate. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They use translators to communicate; no problem. Location is about 10 mins walk to bus and train transportation. To the right of the hotel is an indoor fruits, vegetables and meat market and to the left there are restaurants. Enjoyed my stay!

The room is clean, the staff members are very very friendly and helpful. I will come back again!

Not as advertised

Absolutely loved this property! Extremely clean, friendly and helpful staff. The laundry service was sich a nice perk. They always asked us if we needed anything when we came back from being out all day. Very attentive and quick to respond to requests! Great location and central to a lot of things, the restaurant next door is a MUST try. My only complaint is noise. If you're a light sleeper, request a room not facing the street. There's a school across the street that got pretty loud as well as basic street noise. Or just bring a sound machine/ear plugs! And if you get hot easily, note that they won't have AC or ventilation until mid-summer months. We went in March and the room was HOT (79°F). We almost always had the window open. Other than that, the room was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!

Excellent services, wonderful staff, fantastic breakfast. You ask and you shall receive. Excellent neighborhood with great restaurant option next door.

I really liked the room that had free cute little snacks, coffee, teas, and water bottles. The shower and toiletries were very nice. There were even slippers for you to wear in the room. I was, however, a little confused about my room as I was told that it was in the building next door and it was not mentioned on the website that there were two separate buildings. The breakfast was nice. The staff didn’t speak that much English but used electronic translators to communicate. So in general I had a pretty nice stay.
