Very bad experience at this hotel. Pool not open in extreme heat (End of May); Renovations going on next to the room; A/C not working; Wifi not working...Would not recommend.

For people that like to have a commercial center close to the hotel this is good. to go to the beach you have to drive 5 km. San Fernando is close by for sight seeing. and is a nice town.

Dated but functional. Better to stay at the hotel part of the property I reckon. The staff are friendly like people in the region.

They tried to acomódate, very poorly but they did an effort. Beds are small and uncomfortable, no hot water in shower, but convenient location over the mall and looking to the Cadiz bay.

We had a lovely view and a wonderful breakfast although the hot food was not hot which was disappointing the coffee maker wasnt working well

Very tired needs updating seriously but will say rooms very clean

The apt was roomy but was very very dated, damp and uncomfortable. Both showers leaked badly and the room looked like it had not been inhabited in years. The pool was full of green algae, was closed off by a high wire fence and it was clear it had not been operational in some time. Same for the pool chairs. They were Ripped, dirty and piled behind a wire fence. There was very little lighting and it was very creepy walking back to our unit. It was close to the train station which was good and the staff were helpful.

Its just a very bad and dirty hotel...

This hotel at shopping mall is very bad, wifi is not working at the hotel room room cleaniness is poor.
