Excellent location, attentive stuff, delicious breakfast

The staff were helpful and able to help us in our native language get checked in and situated, especially using the parking facility outside the gates. The hotel has both historic and modern touches and is very comfortable and centrally located in the citadel.

The place is very charming and romantic, food around is great and diverse !

This hotel is in an excellent area for visiting Carcassonne. Breakfast is plentiful and sets you up for the day. The staff are friendly and helpful. Air conditioned room is essential for the hot temperatures. I would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property was very well located and staff was helpful and kind! Check-in and check out were both very easy. Our room was rather dated and could use a deep clean, but it was generally clean overall and the view of the castle was amazing. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked well!

Lovely hotel, in a perfect location in the medieval city. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good, more like a brunch, with quite a few options. Be aware that you can take a cab to the welcome location and then hotel staff will drive you and your luggage to the actual hotel. I only wish my room had a better view, but I ended up spending most of my time walking around and not in the room. Will gladly stay there again. Merci beaucoup to all the staff!

So well located within the walls of the medieval citadel. While parking was off site, the attendant drove me an my luggage to the hotel - in a tiny electric car made necessary by the very narrow streets in the citadel
