Excellent location! Easy access to shops, restaurants, museums, and convenient to go around the city. The apartment was nice and had everything we needed for the trip.

Very organized, very helpful and smooth stay!

Stayed at this apartment for three days. There’s no reception, so you need to coordinate with the owner for instructions, including the floor, room number, and key code. The apartment is spacious, has a complete kitchen, and is a good size for a short stay. Communication with the owner was easy, and they kindly allowed us to check in early so we could leave our bags. The location is excellent—close to many restaurants and shops, and within a short walk to main attractions like the theater, the Square, and Vernissage Market. Overall, a convenient and comfortable stay.

It is my second time staying with the property - all is perfect, I can only recommend :)

I stayed twice at the apartments. I had two different rooms. First one was better than the second, but it was a place to sleep so I was comfortable. Few minute walk to Republic Square, surrounded by cafes and restaurants. Yerevan is walkable and safe, this is perfect for what you need. The challenge is not having a concierge but you can get by if your flights are at reasonable times. They were good with communication via WhatsApp. Arranged cars to and from airport. Apartment has all amenities that you need including a washing machine, iron and hair dryers.
