We loved our stay at Mariner’s Court. It was in a great location in Woollomolloo; a few minutes walk from the local bus stop, lovely restaurant and local pubs. Our room was lovely and the full buffet breakfast was delicious. The Manager, Richard looked after us well. He was very easy to chat to, kindly allowed us an earlier check in as we arrived early into Sydney, supported us with organising an extra night’s accomodation following our flight changes, gave us an upgraded room for our stay of 4 nights and looked after our bags after checkout time for a few hours until we were ready to leave Sydney. All staff including breakfast crew avd cleaning staff were very friendly and accomodating at all times. Loved this spot and would happily stay here again.

i’m a budget to mid range spending traveller. please base my review as just an everyday man that works an average joe job and can only afford 2-3.5 star hotels so as long you know what you’re looking for and not go high on expectation, this review is right for you. this hotel is about a 20-25 minute walk to hyde park/sydney tower. hotel is of the older side and aesthetic but the room is clean, ac is cold, amenities are solid, wifi is fast and room is big. housekeeping is daily. but the BIG PLUS herr and the deal-maker that made me book here is the wonderful buffet breakfast included to all guests. hot meats, great coffee, eggs and bread will save you money and get you started before your sightseeing. not a lot of sydney hotels offer free breakfast so this is a big plus. overall, its a great budget hotel that will get you to where you need to go and give you a good night’s rest that’s clean and efficient.

Amazing clean room. Bathroom amenities were great. Loved the buffet breakfast. Easy walking to the rocks, circular Quay, Sydney Opera house Kings Cross is a short walk too We were close to the local bars/pubs/burger places and celebrations for our alcohol. Actually a lovely spot

Located in a very real part of Sydney, offering easy access to harbour, King's Cross or the CBD via a gorgeous walk through The Domain. Breakfast very traditional English - and very good indeed.

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Sydney. The facility is an old nursing home, and you can see the remnants of that, emergency call buttons handrails in the shower etc. The rooms aren't large, but they are very clean. The breakfast is fabulous, a full-on Australian breakfast. The staff are beyond helpful, Richard the manager is incredible. We arrived at 7 am after catching a red eye. The gentlemen cleaning the floors let us in and we were able to store our bags until the office opened at 9. A room was available, so we were able to check in straight away, which was much appreciated. Every one of the staff couldn't be more helpful. The location is tremendous. You are a 20-minute walk through the beautiful botanical gardens from Circular Quay and the opera house.

Can walk to most tourist sites. Excellent staff - had an issue with the TV and they sorted a better room for me.
