The hotel is just around the corner from the U.S. embassy and is very nicely kept. The staff was amazing and very nice to deal with. If for some reason you were to have any issues please be kind to the staff they're very good, hard working people and if possible tip them well!

This was our first night in the Philippines for our Honeymoon before heading to Clark International Airport for a flight to Coron. Based on reviews and photos, it wasn't 100% what we expected, but it worked fine for a quick one-night stopover. The Cons: The Room: Very basic and not what we booked on Expedia (we paid for a clear sea view, but it was obstructed). On-site Amenities: We were unable to book massages at the hotel. The Pros: The Pool: By far the highlight of the hotel, featuring a gorgeous view overlooking the bay. Location & Security: Great location for a morning commute to Clark, and excellent security keeping non-guests out. Breakfast: Included with the stay—nothing fancy, but fine with a decent variety. Nearby Spa: Since the hotel spa was unavailable, we walked down the road to Hotel H2O for Swedish massages, which were excellent.

The staff are very polite and helpful, however, whoever owns this hotel needs to update it completely. It is dated , visually aging. The options for dining are limited only one all day dining and one ala carte that only open at certain times. Food ordered has to be paid and cannot be charged to the room, this is a very dated procedure and not convenient to travellers. The room we had overlooked a wall , thus giving limited light , this was not made clear when booking. We did not complain as we only stayed one night but would be an issue for longer stays. The quality and food options also needs to be improved with greater options to warrant 4 stars.

Property in overall need of maintenance and or repair. Location is excellent. Staff overall very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet is one of the best I have had in the Manila area, for same price hotels.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff. Roof top pool for sunset, good gym. Food good and lots of options.

Superb location and hotel views.

The junior suite had lots of room and the AC worked fine. Staff was very friendly and happy to help you. The property was clean but some area's the ceilings need to be repaired because of water leaks. The swimming pool area is nice with a beautiful view of the bay.

Beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. The only negative is the hotel is under major construction and we were unable to access the rooftop bar/area, pool & courtyard due to maintenance. Will be lovely once it’s completed though.
