All very good

The staff was exceptional and the location and history could not be beat. The staff was so warm and friendly, and they were very helpful in planning for our limited time in Dubrovnik. I would definitely stay at Hotel Stari Grad again and will be recommending it to friends and family.

BEWARE of the 10% “Service Charge” on your entire bill. Was shocked to see this with no good explanation. Appears to be a money grab by the hotel on top of the fees for insurance and city tax. Staff were very friendly. We stayed on the 4th floor and way too many stairs for our liking.

A fabulous small hotel right in the centre of Dubrovnik just off the main street. Very friendly and helpful staff. Extremely clean. We didn't use any of the facilities in the hotel as we went out as we were so close to dozens of restaurants. One point to note is that as this is a protected building in a UNESCO World Heritage site there is no lift.

Fantastic stay at boutique Hotel Stari Grad. Room was ready when I checked in at 12pm (not expected but a lovely surprise after arriving in Croatia from the US on an overnight flight). Beautiful room overlooking red roofs of old town. Soft robe, very comfortable bed, and the best shower of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were wonderful and took care of the luggage (no elevator as old town is unesco protected- so there are stairs to the rooms). Beautiful rooftop restaurant with delicious food. Steps from the Stradum/ could not be more conveniently located. Overall a fantastic stay and hope to be back in the future!

The hotel is well located, close to the entry gate. It is very clean and the room was surprisingly quiet. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Staying here was a great experience.

Perfect hotel in Old Town Dubrovnik for our 3-day stay. The hotel is perfectly located minutes to everything, rooms were clean & updated & the service was wonderful. Agon was very helpful and kind along with everyone else.

Great location, and everyone very friendly. I wish they had a coffee machine in the rooms though!
