Overall, our stay was average. The room size was typical for a modern budget hotel — compact but functional. Cleanliness was acceptable, though not outstanding.
The reception experience felt a bit underwhelming, as the staff member who checked us in seemed rather tired and not very welcoming. It was around 10pm, so perhaps it had just been a long day.
The location worked fine for us since we were driving, but it might be less convenient for guests relying on public transport.

Good location and accessible by subway and bus also walkable to the city area with lots of shopping and eateries. Hotel breakfast is simple and similar every morning with hard boiled eggs, bread, coffee and orange juice.

Booked this place at a very reasonable price and was happy with condition of the facility. A short walk from subway station, and facing a beautiful park.
However the room is quite small even per Japan standard. There is no space for a chair or a desk and very little room for moving around.
Overall I would stay here again for the same price.

Their breakfast was very good and had a good variety, the cooks deserve a raise. The hotel staff was excellent, friendly and courteous. the room was vastly over crowded with only two twin beds and a small but very good refrigerator. Wifi worked acceptably and the TV was most adequate. The common areas were fairly clean but the whole building was somewhat worn out. There was no closet and no place to put anything. We were always tripping over our luggage. The room could have used a thorough cleaning, but the linens were clean and fresh and the bed comfortable. Bath room was compact two people at a time was not viable, unless one was in the tub, but the water was hot and the tub deep though not long was acceptable. Was not greatly over priced and the location was close enough to both bus and subway to make getting around very convenient.

Tốt Overall speaking, I have a pleasant stay of 4 nights at this hotel which is only 15 mins by MTR from the airport plus 5 mins walk from exit 5 (left turn) of Ohori Garden MTR station. The room is very small but clean and cheap. Daily Japanese style breakfast was also included, though it was almost the same every day. The room had smell of cigarette smoke on the first night, which I hate most. Luckily, it has reduced gradually on the rest days. The staff are polite and helpful, especially the young ones.
