Overall good faciliies. Staff freindly & location is good. Easy free parking. Rooms some what old & more tea ^ milk much helpfull. Will book again

Great location, staff friendly and helpful , parking on site, we had a nice size family room. Will be booking again.

Disappointed! Hot day and couldn't get the window open more then a few inches. No fan available for a family room so very hot and uncomfortable night spent. The breakfast was just okay but the attendant was not cooperative as she seemed not entertain our request for more eggs. There are plenty of points that aren't satisfactory about the property.

Think we stayed in room 61 or 62 on the 2nd floor. Nice layout of the room, big bathroom. When we looked out of the window we could see St Mary's Lighghouse which was lovely. The window didn't close properly so there was a big draught blowing through, but the heating was on most of the night so I wasn't cold. I mentioned the problem to the receptionist who said she'd pass it on to the maintenance team. Cheap and cheerful hotel, stayed there 3 times this year already

Lots of bad reviews for this hotel but my stay was good. Room bedding and towels clean and plenty of hot water. Room service every day. Breakfast available if you want it. Good location no complaints from me and would definitely say again

Rooms are clean if a little dated but never bothered me

Excellent location and ample parking. Could do with upgrading but you can forgive this for the benefits.
