Shout out to the front desk staff who are very helpful and the staff at breakfast who was very nice in accommodating our requests.

Pros: close to city centre, wonderful staff, excellent breakfast.
Cons: the room/bed was extremely uncomfortable. We both woke up with tons of back pain, it was like sleeping on a pull out couch. I woke up multiple times in the night as the room was also very hot. The room was very dated, although clean. If rooms get updated, I would recommend. Otherwise, I would not return.

The hotel was in a great location and the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful with restaurant recommendations. The room itself was quite large, though the furniture appeared decades old and the bed needs replacing.

Tuyệt vời I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is excellent—close to everything and very convenient. One of the highlights was the special touch of complimentary snacks, which made the experience feel more personal and welcoming. The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and convenience!

Hotel Diana was very cute. The staff were amazing and very helpful with dinner reservations and transportation. The location is perfect to walk to great restaurants and shopping. Would recommend.
