Room was bigger than expected, nice big shower, staff was helpful and nice! Great location. Just make sure you are up for walking stairs as there is no elevator, but it was good exercise😀

Great location, lots of shopping and site seeing at your door. Breakfast wast good. A little noisy because of all the construction in near by properties. Like very noisy( you will not be sleeping in here) besides that it’s a very nice place. Beware there are a lot of stairs!

Awesome breakfast and midday snack!
Make sure you can walk the flights if stairs bc it is well worth it. Clean and comfy and located in the heart of it all!

Good location. Tiny room. The picture on the website was maybe two and a half times as large. It was a clean. No place to hang things in the room. Nowhere to sit if you weren't in your room. Beatriz at the desk was very helpful. The check-in area felt cluttered. The breakfast delivered to your door was fine. Not a lot of options but fine. We had a nice time but I doubt we would stay there again.

All wonderful! BUT…you must be comfortable doing stairs(with luggage). No lift/elevator. Excellent location and lovely room and staff!!

Charming place, convenient location, wonderful staff. The stairs are a challenge but so is Porto with hills and stairs. We stayed on 4th floor (fantastic view from our room!) but had a heart-pounding climb to it. Breakfast delivered to room was always hot and fresh.

Excellent location and rooms. The building itself is beautiful inside. The staff were very helpful and kind.
If you have any mobility issues please note that there are a lot of stairs that could be difficult to navigate.
