Probably one of the most disappointing stays we’ve had. We splurged on this hotel for our anniversary and unfortunately were disappointed. For the price, you paying for location not a nice hotel stay. There are things out of the hotels control so I won’t nag on that. But here are some things in their control… The bed was terrible, so worn down, no cushion just but craters. For a “nice” hotel I expect nice sheets, these were so rough! The pillows were tiny, like decorative size. The plumbing was all out of wack. Backwards controls. No warning about construction so no sleeping in or afternoon naps! The fan was broken! I’d rather be out of town with a nice comfortable place to rest my head at night!

Visiting the National Parks, cute fun city with lots to do !!! Hotel was very nice , we had the hospitality suite. Packed lunches for our long hikes!! And could do our laundry.

Bed and bathroom were good. Location is fantastic. Staff is underwhelming. Housekeeping was skipped despite two reminders. Carpet old and stained. Overall, good if you want a slightly cheaper option with good location.

We only stayed one night since we had spent the week in Yellowstone and had to return the rental car in town by 10:30 to get to airport for our plane. The suite was set up for longer term stay with even a washer/dryer in the room as well as fully equipped kitchen. A light complimentary breakfast was available. Parking was free with some in a garage and some outside. Did not try the restaurant since had had enough steak for the week.
