Wouldn’t recommend this hotel. Staff aren’t caring. They aren’t very welcoming. The stay sucked. There was a pack of smokes in the closet. Our toilet seat wasn’t cleaned, I had to ask the front desk for cleaning products because apparently there’s no housekeeping in the afternoon. Makes me wonder if the rooms actually get properly and thoroughly cleaned. The bath tub is indented. It feels like you can fall through it at any moment. Very worn down place and needs some upgrading. The shower handle was stripped so I had to fight the handle to get it going and at a good temperature!! Lastly, the mini fridge wasn’t sealing shut! My babies milk had gotten spoiled and when I brought it up to them they didn’t say much. Maintenance went to our room to blow dry the fridge? It finalled sealed shut but the temperature wasn’t proper. I had to go buy more milk for my baby since ours spoiled over night and I also had to get a freezer bag and fill it with ice from the hotel just to use that as a fridge!! They didn’t care at all that I had a baby that needed cold milk. AND all they did was give me 10% off ONE NIGHT!! What a joke. That was $20 off a $800 stay. We stayed 4 nights.

There was a switch in hotel owners since we made the booking. There was no longer a shuttle to the airport, we were not aware of this change until we checked in. Changed our plans a bit and added expense. Outdated, name will change again once they complete renovations. Staff helped navigate a price discrepancy, have not been able to confirm with charges this will all work out. My son loved the pool.

Really great for families because there is a pool with a slide, I would say it is fairly safe for a 6yo,anyone younger will require a chaperone. Mcdonald's literally next door. Front desk was wonderful as late checkout is available on request. The rooms are very clean. Saved a lot on this hotel and got back so much more!

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The suite was in poor condition and is in desperate need of an upgrade. The mattress was very old and uncomfortable, the sink had a bad odor, and the bathtub looked old and dirty. Overall, the suite did not feel clean or well maintained. On a positive note, the staff was polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay.

Everything was great. Room was nice, and larger than expected.
