For the price that I paid the hotel was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My room was simple and clean. The aircon worked great. The bathroom was clean. Hotel staff warned me a week in advance about an upcoming power outage. The breakfast was simple but filling. The location is great: right in the middle of Pratunam market and close to a number of malls. Walking distance from Airport Link Railway station. I would stay there agaib

The two ladies at the reception were excellent and very helpful. The buffet style breakfast was simple, it offered only three choices, but it was good. The internet was good, but every once in a while I needed to click on the link/button again to verify that I was using it as a guest. The AC was good, even though a bit old, and its remote was hard to operate. I stayed in a Single Occupancy Room, and it was nice. The property is a bit run down and needs renovations but it was clean. And the lights were bright. The water heater for the shower worked well. The room description mentioned rainfall shower but it was a regular one. There is an electric outlet right next to the bed which is very convenient. There are several shelves in the room and a built-in table. There was no tea kettle, but a thermos. There is a water cooler in the hall way on each floor. The room was as quiet as it could be in this area. The only creatures I heard were cats who were fighting at night. The location is great - about 10 minutes from the Air Link Railway, right next to the market, with lots of food options The two downsides that the room had were: 1. The windows: they were old, and one of the two screens was about to fall out. And I could never close the window tightly, there was always a crack. But that did not bother me much. 2. Cockroaches. Admittedly, they only showed up after dark so I did not see much of them. But if you get up to use the bathroom at night, you will see them.

Next to transportation

Best value for money. Great location and comfortable room. Our room was so spacious. It even had 3 fully functional bathrooms and sinks!

What a sewer. The glowing ratings are clearly made up because the stark reality is a roach invested dump with staff that will laugh in your face when you complain. They don't care because you've already booked and cannot get a refund from them. Expedia should be ashamed to even include this cess pool in their list of available options.

For the price paid, the hotel was OK. Not too shabby but not amazing either. Room is very small for 2 people. After opening the 2 luggages there is no space to walk. Very dim lighting, no mirror outside the toilet. Location: 5/5 very convenient to all the shopping places in Pratunam. All within walking distance

Bad Service and bad breakfast

A little difficult to find because it is located in a small alleyway. As another user suggested, follow directions to Benz House on Google Maps versus directions to this lodge. Overall stay was comfortable and clean. Washer and dryer work well and is cheap to use. Breakfast was good for what they offered. If you are interested in the market nearby, it is literally not even a two minute walk away. I am a female traveling solo and it felt sketchy at first, but the area is overall safe. The latest I returned to the hotel was at 23:00 and everything was fine.
