An exceptional experience from start to finish! This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The modern design, cleanliness, and the high standard of amenities made my stay truly memorable. What stood out most, however, was the professional and friendly attitude of the staff—they were attentive and always ready to help with a smile. It is rare to find a place that strikes such a perfect balance between comfort and great service. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, I cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely be coming back!

Konaklamamız boyunca her şey beklentimizin üzerindeydi. Otelin temizliği, odaların konforu ve sunulan hizmet kalitesi gerçekten çok başarılıydı. Tüm personel son derece güler yüzlü, ilgili ve çözüm odaklıydı. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği ve yemeklerin lezzeti oldukça tatmin ediciydi. Ortak alanlar düzenli ve bakımlıydı. Kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Hem dinlenmek hem de keyifli vakit geçirmek isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim. Emeği geçen tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar görüşmek üzere.

Stayed at İkiz Hotel Kleopatra last week and honestly didn't want to leave. The lobby has this really cozy vibe — not over the top, just comfortable. Breakfast was incredible, way more than you'd expect. Pool was spotless, hammam was the highlight of the whole trip. And the place was genuinely clean, like properly clean. Staff clearly takes pride in it. Would go back without hesitation.

An absolute gem in Alanya! The hotel is situated directly on the kleopatra beach and the location is literally in the center of life... After this renovations, it has nothing less than a luxury hotel. The rooms are spotless and very cozy. What made our stay truly special was the staff... They were so helpful and welcoming that we felt at home the entire time. Definitely the best value for money hotel you can find... I Will definitely come back thx guys!

I stayed at this hotel with a group of friends for a short getaway, and overall we were very satisfied with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we had a nice view of the sea from the balcony. The atmosphere in the evenings was especially enjoyable. The location was another big advantage. We could easily walk to the beach, restaurants, and several nearby attractions. Breakfast and the other meals offered a good variety, and we enjoyed most of what we tried. The common areas were well maintained and kept clean throughout our stay. We didn't experience any major issues during our visit, and the positive attitude of the staff made our stay even more pleasant. Although it was only a short trip, we had a comfortable and relaxing time. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I would happily stay here again in the future.

Otelin girisinden itibaren modern mimari dikkatimizi cekti. Özellikle gece isiklandirma ve peyzajinda etkisiyle lobi çok havali görünüyordu. Bar ve restoran alani kahvenizi yudumlarken denizi izleme imkani sagliyor. Gece balkondan dalga seslerini dinlemek muhtesemdi. Konumu teleferik ve denize cok yakin. Çarşıya ve barlar sokagına yürüyerek gidilebilir. Tekne ve disko servisi de mevcuttu fakat vaktimiz olmadıgı icin katilamadik. Odalar temiz ve düzenliydi. Özellikle deniz manzarali odalari gercekten harika. Yemekleri gayet yeterli ve yenilebilir hiç disarda yememize gerek kalmadi. Tek olumsuz yani cappuccino istedim ama su anlik olmadigini söylediler çok üzüldüm. Berkay bey hepimizle tek tek ilgilendi, güler yüzü ve bize karsi nazik davranislari cok hosumuza gitti. Tekrar geldigimizde de kesinlikle bu oteli tercih edecegiz. Hersey icin tesekkür ederiz tekrar görüsene dek kendinize iyi bakin <3

Good location

They gave me a room in block B, where the entrance smells so bad because of the restaurant. The shower room wasn't clean it after pervious customers The breakfast quality was bad compering to the price. They gave me a room with street view then changed to me to back view. After the lady known that my reservation only for one night to sell it to another customer The only good thing is the location which is close to the beach

Absolutely fantastic ^_^

Really great palce to stat and affordable ! And close to the main fun areas ! The only downside was the pillows for me which was not comfy
