God central beliggenhed og meget venligt og hjælpsomt personale. Hotellet er af ældre dato, med små badeværelser og dårlige vinduer. Og sengene trænger til en ny topmadres.

We only met 2 staff members at the reception desk. The one at the reception desk on 6/21 at around 11:30 am, when we deposited our luggage was pleasant, accommodating and very helpful. He was the same one at the desk at 6:30 am 6/22, at 7:40 pm that night and when we checked out on 6/23 at 11 am. The guy at the reception desk we checked in with was not helpful at all. He could not provide us with anything we asked for. The room was exceedingly hot, no a/c, no extra fan amidst sweltering London heat wave, a non working safe. We tolerated it because we only really used the room for 2 nights to sleep in, but will not book there again. I don’t think it lives up to the Best Western standards I’m used to.

Poor hot water, poor water pressure, need to replace small soap bottles with proper liquid dispensers. Fix the aging windows that don't stay open or closed.

Nice clean hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The room was a little stuffy, even with window open and fan on. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast is basic but nice. Apart from that this it is a really good budget hotel and I'd recommend it if you're in London for a couple of nights

The room was absolutely spotless and perfect for a night in London. I was coming and going from Paddington Station so the proximity was essential for a quick trip. No frills but a clean, safe bed.

Staff were courteous but beds were very uncomfortable, tumblers in rooms weren’t very clean, en-suite bin was all dented, light above mirror didn’t work, overflow space in sink had never been cleaned. First impressions is the front door……. The steps and tiles leading in had never been swept or washed

The room was fine, bed was comfy however the bathroom was so tiny - they did email in advance to warn of this but we’d already booked & you can’t appreciate just how small it is until you see it! When you sit on the toilet the sink is half over you & the sink also blocks the shower so getting in was a squeeze! The building was also incredibly warm, it is January but you don’t need the heating on full blast when it’s a warm day outside.

Very quick and easy with a lovely early check in
