El personal es una delicia de trato, atentos y dispuestos a tus necesidades, lo único que está terrible es que su aire acondicionado NO funciona y tienes un ventilador de mesa en el cuarto, las dimensiones del baño minúsculas y se sale toda el agua de la regadera por no tener puerta ni cortina .

Deuxième fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel, et tout s’est une nouvelle fois très bien passé ! La localisation, le personnel et les chambres en font un super hôtel !

Good location and accommodations were trendy. Some staff were helpful and others deffered all questions to staff on other shifts when inquires were made. Clean, quiet, and overall great hotel for varied activities close by and great restaurant choices.

Notre séjour à Lyon s’est très bien passé, et il a été encore plus agréable grâce à cet hôtel. Le personnel de la réception a été particulièrement à l’écoute, serviable et accueillant. Franchement, rien à redire ! Un grand merci pour la qualité de votre accueil.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de toutes les commodités et des principaux points d’intérêt. De plus, il est très bien insonorisé et offre une jolie vue sur les rues de Lyon.
Je recommande cet établissement sans la moindre hésitation !

Hôtel très bien situé, proche du métro et de pleins de restaurant. Centre ville accessible à pied (30min) et 15min pour la gare.
Chambre spécieuse et lit confortable.
Buffet petit déjeuné simple mais bon !

This is not a hotel! A room to sleep yes. There are zero amenities, room was like a closet: had to complain to get a bigger room.
There is no gymnasium, lobby is not inviting.
Neighborhood is lovely. Close to train station.

We were on a three week honeymoon and booked two nights here. I honestly can’t encourage people enough to stay here. Everything about our stay here was complete bliss and one of our favorite stays. The staff was genuinely kind and attentive. The breakfast was amazing! The room smelled wonderful and so clean. The bed and linens very comfortable, we slept like a dream.
As for the location, lots of places to grab a bite or drink nearby. The train station was a 10 to 12 min walk but very doable.
