We had an amazing time at this location- it is walking distance to all of the main attractions we were looking to spend time at during our trip to Florence (me, my husband, and our 18 month old daughter). We walked to Ponte vecchio, the trevi fountain, the uffizzi gallery... all the great shopping etc! We even noticed a playground across the Arno that our daughter also loved. The staff was SO helpful and friendly. A very comfortable crib was set up in our room before arrival for our daughter. They were able to stow our stroller in a closet near the lobby which was helpful. Our room was perfectly spacious to accommodate our luggage and the crib in our room. We got the room with the balcony attached, which was so spacious and perfect to do apperativos on (we even brought up pizza and had spritzes brought up from the bar in the lobby) one night. Demitri, the chef who runs breakfast service, was a particular delight. Breakfast is not included, but we chose to do breakfast at the hotel because it was SO delicious, Dimitri was so friendly, and the room for breakfast is SO beautiful. It felt like we had our own personal cook every morning since the hotel is small and boutique, so even with the other guests at breakfast, it felt all very personal and lovely. Thank you for a great time- we hope to be back!

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff, very accommodating and happy to help with even the smallest of request. The hotel was luxurious and comfortable and spacious. The area is lovely for walks along the Arno. Everything worked effectively.

I had previously stayed at the hotel a couple of years back on my last trip to Florence and thoroughly enjoyed my stay the last time. Unfortunately, it was very different this time - we found a cockroach in the room which we killed and requested the staff to clear up when we left in the morning. When we got back to our room at night, our room was made but the dead cockroach was still there, which was inexcusable.

The staff was really nice! A helped us carry our baggage and gave a free glass of champagne after we had a bad travel day! Also super cute back patio and in a nice area that is a little more quiet.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Amenities were great. Breakfast was delicious, enjoyed sitting on the terrace and in the courtyard. Checking in was fast and efficient with highly recommend this hotel if you want to be further away from tourists and you have a wonderful view of the Arno River.

Good AC. Close to train station. Small rooms But expected. Not tons of food close by

Staff were very welcoming, great sense of humour. Very quiet, clean and complimentary water+. Highly recommend!

Staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The room was clean and there is a great view of the river from the second floor balcony. You may have some mosquitos in your room due to the proximity to the river but this was very minor.
