Roaches everywhere — prepaid stay with no refund due to “hotel policy.” In all my years of traveling, I have never experienced a worse hotel. After booking and prepaying for a 9-night stay, it became immediately clear upon check-in that this property was absolutely not deserving of its 3.8 rating. Honestly, it wasn’t even worthy of 1 star. I contacted Expedia right away regarding the horrible conditions. They attempted multiple times to call the hotel and also sent an email requesting a refund so I could leave and use the funds toward another hotel. The hotel refused to answer their calls, and Expedia suggested I go downstairs to speak with the front desk directly while they remained on the phone. Standing there with the clerk beside me, the hotel phone continued ringing from Expedia until the clerk finally answered it. After speaking with Expedia, she stated that she could not offer a refund but would “check with the manager in the morning.” Exhausted, in a foreign country, and arriving after an international flight at nearly 11:30 PM, I reluctantly decided to stay one night against my better judgment. That turned out to be a mistake. I was awakened during the night by roaches crawling throughout the room. The next morning, as expected, management hid behind a strict prepaid reservation policy and refused any refund whatsoever. Hopefully this review prevents others from making the same costly mistake. In the end, keeping my $600+ will hopefully cost them much more.

The pictures show everything as new and this is not the case. Do not be fooled by the pictures. The property is located down an alleyway which feels unsafe and dark at night. You will be harassed by the massage girls each time you pass. The rooms are outdated and the bathroom shower has mold. The air conditioner is not strong and it is limited to how far you can lower it, so the room will never feel cold and since you only get one key, when you leave the room, it will get very hot and when you return it will be very hot and never really cool down. The shower never had hot water. All my showers were cold. The Wifi works for a while and then does not work. The BTS train station is not nearby, about a 10 to 15 minute walk. The staff at the front desk are fine and helpful. The front desk staff speaks very limited English and any other staff, such as the cleaning person, speaks no English at all. Overall, it was not worth the value for the amount of money I paid.

only did a one night stopover. arrived late, left early. hard to review properly, staff good, room clean, not there long enough to get under the skin, but no complaints

Very conveniently sited just of Silom Rd. Staff were very helpful and friendly. For the area, the price was very reasonable. Although there was no Kettle in the room one was available on request, The room was cleaned every day.

Have stayed here so many times in the past but slow decline has finally escalated to a point that I will no longer stay again. The main cons: they charge almost $20 USD for an extra pillow- not a deposit- it’s a charge! On a hotel that costs $30/night they want twenty more for a pillow! The AC units are now locked to not go below 18c, this just doesn’t keep the room cool at all and makes for a fairly miserable nights sleep. The drains smell so badly of sewage- always has been an issue at this little hotel but has become so much worse. Pros- Lovely front desk staff who try hard to help, very safe area, price is nice. Sadly, I am unlikely to return again after having stayed at least 40 nights over the past 5 years in this hotel- hot rooms and the charge for the extra pillow were the last straws.

hotel staff is friendy, hotel is clean and comfortable to stay
