Excellent accommodation for our 2 night stay. Meals were delicious with a good choice of wines. The only criticism was the service was a little slow in the dining room.

I stayed for one night here, and i wasn't disappointed . Very friendly staff, easy check in, accommodation was perfect with everything you need from tea & coffee making facilities to shower gel etc . Very comfortable bed with crisp white bedding. I suffer with a bad bad , and I found the bed really comfortable .
I had an evening meal at the lamb inn . I chose the lamb Henry which was slow cooked lamb presented on a bed of mashed potato and a mint gravy and seasonal vegetables, followed by rhubarb crumble & custard. Absolutely amazing food that i highly recommend to anyone . The breakfast was a cooked breakfast which you chose the night before, also there was a choice of cereal yoghurt and fresh fruit.
Overall, a lovely stay, I would highly recommend anyone to visit, I will definitely be going back.

Super friendly welcome, terrific location for walks, fabulous hospitality at the inn, terrific meals; generous servings with wonderful flavours! The room had a wonderfully comfortable bed and was well-appointed. I highly recommend!

The room was clean, warm and cosy. The staff were friendly and pleasant. WiFi seems to have issues which the team failed to resolve.
Breakfast was sumptuous. The meals were good but it is better to reserve your table.

Our stay was amazing, no faults at all! The staff were incredible in every sense, so accommodating, so welcoming and all the little touches went a long way. The room was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. The pub had amazing food in the evening and the breakfast was 10/10!

Stayed here 2 nights. The chef Elvis outdoes himself with Michelen star quality meals. The Crab Salad and Pork Rigatone were faultless. Best meals I have eaten in Europe. Friendly bar staff and spacious room with first class bathroom. Mattress needs replacing though.

Lovely old English pub, excellent food, nice room but the bed is really soft.
