The Hotel is great if you need bare basic. I need a room with a small refrig. The bathroom fan partly worked and was very noisy when it did work. There are no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels. The shower is the open and water gets everywhere. It doesn't matter how to turn the showerhead. It is a great location but we will not book it again.

Great staff. Very dirty carpets. Upon request, I was relocated to another room; while it was slightly cleaner than first room, it was still dirty. Great hotel but unfortunately has dirty floors/carpets.

Really clean with a comfortable bed and pillows, didn’t use the amenities as I was only hear for a night. Even on the 12th floor I could hear noises from down below from traffic, that is the only negative

I wish there were towel racks in the bedroom. Amenities were only soap, shampoo and lotion. I wish there were body wash. No refrigerator or microwave in room

Nice hotel. Loved the pool area. The front desk staff were extremely helpful. Location was convenient for all amenities and tourist spots. Would stay there again

The hotel is in need of a light refresh, but otherwise met all of our needs. Housekeeping staff were always quick to supply you with fresh towels or make up your room. We ate at the hotel's restaurant on our last night and it was not too bad. However, the hotel's location in the Zona Rosa gave us access to many restaurants, bars, hotels, and the subway station was right next door.

Tuve una buena experiencia. Habitación amplia. Es un hotel un poco antiguo pero todo bien en relación calidad-précio, comodo, tiene sus detallitos pero nada grave, no pude ver la tele porque solo podias ver Netflix, hbo, etc y no llevaba mis contraseñas, el baño, toallas y camas limpias, liger as deficiencies en la limpieza de la alfombra había como migajas y la mesita de noche estaba embarrada de algo pero bueno… en general si estaba limpio
