Very sketchy hotel in a very sketchy neighborhood. My teenager and I didn’t feel safe and I was worried about my car being parked there for both nights. There were homeless walking freely around the property and staff was pretty much nonexistent. The office stayed locked the entire time we were there and I only spoke with a staff member at an outside check-in window on the first night. I tried to call the office a few times with questions and never got an answer. The hotel room walls were paper thin and we got to enjoy the loud and extended fun-times sounds from the room next door, which went late into the night on the first night. No coffee, no tissues, no hairdryer, no toiletries to speak of, no microwave, one towel/washcloth. Dirty, inside and out. The website suggested that there would at least be coffee available in the lobby, but again, that was locked the entire time we were there. We stayed there for a last minute two-night Disneyland trip. There was a large cheerleading competition the same weekend, so there weren’t a whole lot of options for hotels. From the pictures on Expedia, this hotel looked like it would be perfectly fine for a couple of nights. I’m NOT picky, but this was rough. Sidenote: the hotel is several miles from Disneyland and we paid about $20 each way for an Uber.

No coffee maker. Lobby closed at all hours. Ring bell and staff addresses you through a window

A/c was not working properly. Didn't feel like it was blowing any air.

Staff and reception area very unfriendly and rude. Some guess kept making a lot of noise around the ares, and smoking in non-smoking designated areas. I had to leave the property in the middle of the night.

We have stayed here many times and felt unsafe. The mattress on the bed riped and dirty. The man helping didnt even talk to us. We are very disappointed.

TV didn’t work. 8months pregnant gave me an upstairs bedroom when a bunch of bottom rooms were available. When coming back into the room super, late key didn’t work, had to go to front desk at almost midnight with a crying tired toddler. super inconvenient. Staff not friendly.

Recepción con puertas cerradas, no hay servicio de café , el encargado se burlo de mi cuando le pregunté por si tenian café, me dijo "You wish", le pedí el recibo en el check out y me dió un recibo con todos los datos erróneos.

The hotel was accommodating to our time of arrival at 10pm. When I arrived with my family, there was a very angry woman out front. Check in was good with no problems. Once in our room, there was a commotion with the woman yelling. We were on the first floor and could hear who was on the second story when they moved around the room. The pillows were really uncomfortable and hard. The sheets were really thin with no thick blankets on the bed. I’m not sure if there was supposed to be, but there was no shampoo or conditioner available for use.
