Clean room and staff

I had a wonderful stay at life hotel, it’s in very close proximity to the train station and all the restaurants and bars of the old town. The hotel was very clean and modern at a very affordable price. But what made the hotel was the excellent staff, they cannot do enough for you, they are so friendly, knowledgeable and fun to talk to. I will definitely be returning to this hotel.

Was good, correct for thé price.

We chose to stay here as it was close to Roland Garros which is why we were in Paris. The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city. It is close to tram lines and bus stops. The staff were decently helpful. However we arrived very early in the morning after a long flight and layover, prior to our check in time and we had to wait almost 5 hours in the lobby before our room was ready. And despite the long wait and hotel staff witnessing us slumped over in the couches, they did not provide anything additional or a larger room. The room itself was on the smaller side. Initially the AC was not working, but they fixed that soon after. We also had 2 incidents: someone knocked on our door loudly a few times around 6am one morning but didn’t identify themselves when I asked who was knocking. We thought it could’ve been a potential thief. Also less than 24 hours later, around 3am the next morning, the fire alarm went off causing all guests to exit the property. This was very chaotic. Apart from these incidents, our stay was pleasant

The breakfast is perfectly sufficient. The staff are all very nice, in particular the older gentlemen in the breakfast room is very helpful. The room is great. It would be nice to have a kettle though.

Shoebox sized room. Mould in the bathrooms, unfortunately. Breakfast was underwhelming coffee tasted like dish water.

Location wasn’t that close to the city. But the hotel was great. Paris people are not friendly
