The accommodation was well presented great location and provided easy access to all the attractions equally distanced between the station and the main Tower square. If we had any suggestions to improve on the facilities we would suggest a long/full length mirror and coffee pods to use in the coffee machine provided. As we only stayed 2 nights it wasn’t worth buying pods in bulk to make use of the machine.

We wanted a place just outside the Lucca city walls so we could park easily and for free. This place has it! It seems very new and has every amenity we needed, including a mini-fridge. The manager was very nice and met us upon arrival to show us the room. Highly recommended. Great little place to stay!

Good value for one night and 10min walk to the centre. The parking is street parking which was fine the area felt quite safe. The room was spotless clean and the bed comfortable. The walls although are very thin so you can hear people in the next rooms and upstairs. Plumbing is very noisy. We were kept up and woken up quite early because of noise. Otherwise good stay!

Very clean place. Free parking and walking distance to the beautifull city center.

All and it was great. Clean room but very sparse. A water boiler would have been nice. Netflix was a nice bonus. It was advertised as part ofvthe historic center but it is a 15 minute walk to walled section that i understood was the historic center.

Fantastic place to stay. Alberto was perfectly accommodating and easy to communicate with. He was very understanding and considerate with our late arrival amd i am very thankful. The place is beautiful and in a very great location. Easy to get to by train and near the heart of Lucca i will certainly be staying here again.
